This Privacy Policy explains how Foresko LLC ("Foresko", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Color Guess mobile application (the "App"). Color Guess is a mobile game that includes local gameplay progress, Game Center features, third-party advertising, and a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads.

The App stores certain information locally on your device using Apple system storage, such as game progress, completed tutorials, settings, ad consent choice, and whether the Remove Ads purchase is active. This local information helps the App provide its game features and remember your preferences.
If you use Game Center features, Apple Game Center may provide the App with authentication status and display name, and the App may submit scores, leaderboard progress, and achievement progress to Apple Game Center. Game Center is operated by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
The App offers a non-consumable in-app purchase called Remove Ads. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your credit card number, bank account number, or other payment method details. The App uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to determine whether ads should be removed.
The App integrates third-party advertising and mediation SDKs. These partners may collect or receive information needed to show ads, measure advertising, prevent fraud, operate their services, and analyze app performance. If you contact us by email, Telegram, App Store review, or another external channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name or username, message content, and any technical details you include. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, improve the App, and comply with legal obligations.
The App does not ask you to create a Foresko account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, messages, health data, fitness data, financial account information, search history, browsing history, environment scanning data, hand movement data, head movement data, or other body data through the App.
We and our third-party partners may use information for the following purposes:
We do not use collected data to personalize the core game content or create product recommendations inside the App.
Some third-party advertising or analytics partners may use device identifiers, purchase history, product interaction, or advertising data for tracking as Apple defines that term, including linking data from this App with data from apps, websites, or offline properties owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
Where required, we and our partners request or respect consent before using data for personalized advertising or tracking. You can control tracking and advertising choices through iOS settings, including Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, Apple advertising settings, and other device privacy controls. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising practices may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar concepts under certain privacy laws. The choices described above can help you control those practices.
We require third-party partners that access user data through the App to handle that data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including providing the same or equal protection required by Apple's App Review Guidelines for third parties that receive user data from an app.
Local App data, such as game progress, settings, consent choice, and cached purchase entitlement state, remains on your device until you delete the App, clear the data where available, or the App updates or replaces it during normal operation.
Game Center data and App Store purchase records are managed by Apple. Advertising, analytics, and diagnostic data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those partners according to their own retention policies and applicable law.
You may request access to or deletion of personal information that we control by contacting info@foresko.com. We will respond according to applicable law. We may need to retain certain information if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our third-party partners may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, where permitted by law.
